KTLN TV officially came on the air on August 31, 1998, as KWOK TV68. KTLN and the Total Living Network are a part of Christian Communications of Chicagoland, which has produced quality Christian programming for over 20 years. The Total Living Network provides not only television programming, but also a full multi-media ministry by utilizing current and emerging technologies such as broadcasting, cable, digital television, satellite, and the Internet. KTLN now reaches more than 2.4 million households through broadcast, cable, satellite, broadband and Sky Angel.
Matt Kenny is the Director of Ministries at KTLN TV. Matt served as the Director of Public Policy for Strategic Christian Services in Santa Rosa, California, and has served churches in Modesto, California; Virginia Beach, Virginia; and Naples, Florida. As KTLN's Director of Ministries, Matt oversees the CareForce ministry that serves as a liaison to local churches, civic and community groups, and Christian organizations. He carries a burning desire to motivate and assist individuals and communities in the foundation and implementation of biblically based public policy and community service. Matt is a graduate of California Graduate School of Theology and holds a Masters Degree in Public Policy from Regent University. He has over 14 years of pastoral experience including service in the spheres of Christian education, political activism, and community outreach. Matt has three children and he currently resides in Santa Rosa, California.
Debbie Fraser has been in television for over 25 years. Not only is she the host of People Like You, but she is the general manager for KTLN-TV. Her experience also includes stints in station management, programming, on-air talent, voice over talent, promotions, marketing, sales and cable relations.
Whether doing a one on one interview or covering a large-scale event, Debbie has a way of making people feel at ease and bringing out the best of what they have to share. A vocalist and speaker, Debbie uses her talents to uplift the name of Christ and encourage people of all ages to be the best they can be in Him. She spent many years as Drama Director for a bay area church and writes scripts and skits for church performance.
