KTLN TV officially came on the air on August 31, 1998, as KWOK TV68. KTLN
and the Total Living Network are a part of Christian Communications of Chicagoland,
which has produced quality Christian programming for over 20 years. The
Total Living Network provides not only television programming, but also
a full multi-media ministry by utilizing current and emerging technologies
such as broadcasting, cable, digital television, satellite, and the Internet.
KTLN now reaches over 1.8 million homes in the San Francisco Bay Area alone.

To direct people to Christ and provide resources for a vibrant relationship
with Him through the electronic communications media.

As General Manager of KTLN-TV, Debbie Fraser oversees day-to-day operations
for the full-power broadcast TV station in San Francisco and serves as
executive producer and Emmy Award winning host of People Like You.
Prior to becoming General Manager in 2002, Debbie served as Interim GM
for the station and as Director of Affiliate Relations. With more than
22 years television industry experience, Debbie is among the female radio
and television GMs within the San Francisco market. Her position with
KTLN - the only full power Christian television station serving San Francisco-Oakland-San
Jose - allows her to share the word of Christ to a mass audience.
During her professional broadcast career that began in 1982, she was
the station manager of a San Francisco UHF station from 1988-1993 and,
at one time was program director for two stations within the market.
Fraser's experience includes station management, programming, on-air
talent, voiceover talent, promotions, marketing, sales, cable relations,
and the development of an affiliate network of stations for KTLN’s
parent company, the Total Living Network. The Total Living Network has
provided quality Emmy Award winning Christian programming to the San
Francisco Bay Area since 1998 and to Chicagoland for over thirty years.
Within the past 7 years, Debbie served on the Board of the American Women
in Radio and Television (AWRT) Golden Gate Chapter, playing a lead role
in the development and launch of the Golden Gate Chapter Job Bank. In
2003, she was honored by AWRT along with nine other female GM's from
the San Francisco area for outstanding leadership.
As an on-air personality for KTLN, she has been a presenter at the Emmy
Awards, San Francisco chapter and received an Emmy for a segment on PLY.
A vocalist and speaker, Debbie uses her talents and humor to uplift the
name of Christ and encourage women and men to be the best they can be
in Him. Debbie and her husband Jack, who also works in the television
industry, have two daughters.

Matt Kenny is the Director of Ministries at KTLN TV 68 in Corte Madera
California. Matt served as the Director of Public Policy for Strategic
Christian Services in Santa Rosa, California, and has served churches
in Modesto, California, Virginia Beach, Virginia and Naples, Florida.
As KTLN's Director of Ministries, Matt manages the CareForce ministry
that serves as a liaison to local churches, civic and community groups,
and Christian organizations. He carries a burning desire to motivate
and assist individuals and communities in the foundation and implementation
of biblically based public policy and community service. Matt is a graduate
of California Graduate School of Theology and holds a Master Degree in
Public Policy from Regent University. He has over 14 years of pastoral
experience including service in the spheres of Christian education, political
activism, and community outreach. He currently resides in Santa Rosa,
California with his wife Vicki and their three children.
